Brands

The four brands operated by Apefo Ltd

YNVAR, Seoryx, JNET Solutions and CasiBits each run their own products and serve their own customers. Apefo Ltd owns all four.

Ownership

One owner, four independent operations

Each brand operates independently under Apefo Ltd ownership. Ownership sits with the company; operation sits with the brand. A brand sets its own product direction, holds its own customer relationships and is presented on its own terms rather than as a division of a larger offer.

What Apefo holds centrally is the corporate structure behind them: the legal entity, registered in England and Wales under company number 16610465, and the direction set by its founder and director, Adrians Petrovs. Decisions about where the group puts engineering and operational effort are made at that level.

Structure

Why the brands are kept separate

The four brands are not variations of one offer. Presenting them under a single name would make each one harder to describe accurately, for three reasons.

01

Different audiences

A business buying managed hosting, a team evaluating SEO software and a reader of a publishing site are not the same audience and do not ask the same questions. Each brand addresses its own audience directly instead of through a shared corporate message.

02

Different products

Managed hosting environments, a software platform, project-based technical services and a publishing operation are built, sold and supported in different ways. Separate brands let each keep the roadmap, pricing basis and support model that its product actually needs.

03

No mixed claims

What is said about one brand does not carry over to another. This matters most where a brand works in a regulated market: keeping the boundaries clear means the rules that apply to that work apply there, and are not implied elsewhere in the group.

The capabilities the brands are built on are set out on the capabilities page. Registered details are on the company information page.

Enquiries about a specific brand

Say which brand your enquiry concerns and it will be passed to the people who run it. Apefo Ltd handles corporate, partnership and compliance questions for all four.
