About Apefo
About Apefo Ltd
Apefo Ltd is a private UK company. It owns four independent digital brands, sets the technical direction they share, and decides where the group’s engineering effort goes.
The company
What Apefo Ltd is
Apefo Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 16610465. It is the company that owns YNVAR, Seoryx, JNET Solutions and CasiBits, and its purpose is to hold those brands, keep their technical direction consistent, and decide which of them receives engineering time.
The company’s own work is narrow and specific. It holds the brands and the commercial relationships behind them, determines which products are built and maintained, sets the technical standards those products are held to, and allocates effort between them. The products themselves, and the people who use them, belong to the brands.
Across the group the work falls into four areas: hosting and cloud infrastructure, SEO software and data analysis, web development and technical services, and digital publishing. Each area is covered by one brand, and the disciplines behind them are described on the capabilities page.

Web and technical services
JNET Solutions provides website development, application support, infrastructure configuration and related technical services.
CasiBits

CasiBits is a specialised digital publishing and affiliate media project covering regulated online gaming markets.
Structure
How the brands relate to each other
The brands are kept separate because the markets they address are separate. Someone buying a managed hosting environment, someone using SEO software, someone commissioning development work and someone reading a publication have different needs and judge the work by different standards. Putting all four behind a single name would help none of them.
What the brands share is not a product line. It is ownership, technical direction and a common engineering practice. Where two brands need the same underlying capability — server configuration, monitoring and recovery, handling search data, running a content platform — the intention is to build it once and use it in both, rather than have each brand maintain a separate version of the same thing. Capability is shared; teams are not duplicated per brand.
Each brand is built to stand on its own. They operate in different areas, so they do not compete with one another, and the boundary between them is a commercial and editorial one rather than a technical wall. Above all of them sits a single decision-making line back to the company.
Ownership and direction
How the group operates
Apefo Ltd is a private company with no outside investors. It is directed by its founder, Adrians Petrovs, who is responsible for the technical direction of each product, the infrastructure the products run on, and the commercial decisions of the company.
That structure keeps the decisions short. What gets built, what continues to be maintained and what is withdrawn are settled inside the company, by the people who also have to run the result. It is a small structure, and it is deliberate: the group would rather support a limited number of products properly than take on more than it can operate.

Approach
Three principles the group works to
These positions decide what Apefo builds, how long it keeps it, and what it is prepared to say about it.
Build and operate, not resell
The group builds its products and runs the systems behind them. That means owning the configuration, the monitoring, the updates and the recovery path, and being the party that fixes a fault rather than the party that reports it to someone else.
Publish only verified information
What Apefo and its brands state in public is limited to what can be substantiated. A figure, a date, a credential or a claim about a customer that cannot be verified is not published, and the gap is left visible rather than filled.
Long-running products, not campaigns
The brands are built to be maintained for years — platforms that are updated, monitored, supported and improved. Work is planned on that basis, which rules out products the group could launch but could not keep running.
Enquiries about the company or its brands
Corporate, partnership and compliance enquiries are handled by Apefo Ltd directly, and questions about a specific product are passed to the brand that runs it.
