The project
A publishing project in a regulated category
CasiBits is the publishing side of Apefo Ltd. It produces written material about online gaming markets that are regulated: how licensing works in a given market, which rules apply there, and how the products available in that market differ from one another. The project publishes information about the category. It does not operate gaming services, does not hold a gaming licence, and does not handle player funds.
It is affiliate media, so the commercial side rests on referral arrangements rather than on charging readers. Because the subject matter is age-restricted and closely regulated, the limits on what may be published, in which market and to whom shape the work more than they would on a general publishing project. Those limits are treated as part of the editorial brief rather than as a step at the end.

Researching, drafting, editing and maintaining published material — market explainers, rules and licensing references, and comparison pages — with a review step before anything is published and a revision when the underlying facts move.
Operating in regulated markets
Publishing only for markets where online gaming is regulated and where this material may lawfully be published, and following the rules of each of those markets as they are amended so that scope decisions are made deliberately.
Compliance with advertising rules
Applying the advertising and marketing standards that govern age-restricted content in each market: how claims may be worded, how commercial relationships are disclosed, who material may be shown to, and what must not appear at all.
The publishing platform
The content management, structured page types, internal linking and template work the sites are built on, together with the hosting, monitoring, backups and deployment process that keep them running.
Production
How content is produced and published
A page begins as a defined brief: the market it addresses, the question it answers, the sources it must rest on and the rules that constrain it. Drafting is followed by an editorial review that checks the substance against those sources and checks the wording against the advertising standards for the market concerned. Nothing reaches publication without that second pass.
Published pages are maintained rather than left in place. Regulation in this category is amended, products change and reference material dates quickly, so pages are reviewed on a schedule and after any change that affects them, then corrected, rewritten or withdrawn. Accuracy of the material already published matters more here than the volume of new material added to it.
The platform behind the publishing is treated as engineering work: structured content types rather than free-form pages, templates that keep required wording and disclosures in place by construction, and the hosting, monitoring and deployment discipline used elsewhere in the group.
