Seoryx — SEO software and analytics

SEO analytics and workflow in a single platform

Seoryx is an SEO analytics and workflow platform designed to connect search data, technical analysis, content opportunities and execution tracking.

The platform

Four jobs that depend on each other

Search performance is not one problem. It depends on what people are searching for, on whether a site can be crawled and read reliably, on whether pages exist that answer those searches, and on whether the resulting work is actually carried out. Seoryx is built around those four dependencies rather than around any single one of them.

The platform is designed so that a finding leads to a task. A crawl result, a ranking movement or a content gap is not an isolated figure on a dashboard: it is the start of a piece of work that can be assigned, tracked, and checked against the search data that follows it. That is what the workflow side of Seoryx exists to do.

Capabilities

What Seoryx is designed to do

Each area produces data the others use.

01

Collecting and processing search data

Gathering keyword, ranking and search performance data and processing it into a consistent form: normalising sources, recording positions over time, and grouping queries so that movement can be read as a trend rather than as daily noise.

02

Auditing site structure and technical health

Crawling a site to analyse how it is built and how it is served: internal linking and site structure, indexability, redirects and status codes, duplicate or thin templates, and the markup that determines how pages are interpreted.

03

Identifying content opportunities

Comparing what a site already ranks for against the queries it could reasonably answer, to surface gaps, pages worth expanding, topics competing with one another, and positions where a small improvement would change the traffic materially.

04

Tracking work through to execution

Turning findings into tracked work: recording what was changed and when, holding that record beside the search data for the same pages, and keeping the audit trail needed to judge whether a change did what it was meant to do.

Design approach

Why these belong in one platform

All four jobs can be done in separate tools, and that is usually how SEO work is organised: one product for rank tracking, another for crawling, a third for keyword research, and a task tracker somewhere else again. Data is exported, pasted, reconciled by hand, and then goes stale.

Seoryx is designed on the opposite assumption — that the value is in the joins. A ranking drop is easier to explain when the crawl history for that page sits next to it. A content opportunity is easier to size when the technical state of the template it would use is already known. A change is easier to judge when the date it shipped is held in the same system as the search data recorded after it.

Keeping the four together also means one definition of a page, one definition of a keyword group and one history. Separate tools each hold their own version of those things, and the effort of making them agree is work that produces nothing by itself.

Ownership

Seoryx within Apefo Ltd

Seoryx is one of four brands operated by Apefo Ltd, a private company registered in England and Wales. SEO software and data analysis is one of the group’s four capabilities, and Seoryx is where that capability is built into a product. The brand runs its own platform; Apefo holds the ownership, the commercial relationships and the decision on where engineering effort goes.
